Floating Pump Aerator

Unlike the traditional water paddle wheels, FP-150 vacuums 45m³/h and cut them into small droplets and spray to the air. The smaller the droplet is, the more dissolved oxygen there will be. This is because the water is cut into small droplets and therefore becomes lighter. Then the water has more surfaces and more time to absorb the oxygen in the air.

After having more dissolved oxygen in the water droplet, the water falls back into the pond due to the gravity and the dissolved oxygen in the pond increases. That is why our FP-150 has such good performance and the pond keeps in good condition no matter it is in the daytime or at dawn.

  • Installing an elbow fitting with a hose to FP-150, it can discharge the water out of the pond for changing water. By exhausting 750 liters of the water per minute, the water surface will be quickly going down to your needed water level of the pond.

This concept is of the utmost importance to all aquatic species as it fosters a healthier environment that will lead to increased size, increased survival and thus increased profit to the aquaculturist. Since species like shrimp are bottom dwellers, it is critical to have the oxygen distributed to the bottom layer of the pond where these species live and thrive. Also, thorough mixing and distribution of oxygen aids in the control of animal and feed wastes, keeping pond bottoms cleaner and decreasing risks of disease.
